Comprehensive Developmental Trauma Healing

This intensive introductory course is tailored for all mental health professionals. It explores foundational concepts in modern Developmental Trauma (DT) research, highlighting key differences between DT, PTSD, and CPTSD. Participants will learn about the long-lasting stress responses related to DT through eight experiential exercises, fostering personal reflection and preparation for working with clients.

This intensive introductory online course is open to all mental health workers or professionals.

It covers foundational understandings in modern DT Research that separate DT from PTSD and CPTSD. This training spells out the details of the long-lasting stress responses related to DT. Eight core experiential exercises requiring self-examination reveal our own personal stories, setting the stage for approaching and accessing foundational DT work with our clients. Some of the core concepts in this course are: Research/Science Foundations of DT and Assessment of The Science of Healthy and Unhealthy Attachment Cycles, Six Primary Forms of Attachment Injury Dysregulation Embodiment, and DT Trauma Shame and it’s key ingredients

For Brainspotting Therapists Only

This course provides an in-depth focus on the use of Brainspotting therapy with clients facing developmental trauma. It includes the application of Phase 1 techniques to address the unique challenges of guarded and highly adapted individuals.
